Fudge Raiser Season

Our Fudge Raisers are held October through February.

• We host two schools or CFISD organizations per month at each Connie’s location (Jones & Towne Lake).
• Events take place on Friday evenings from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM.
• Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and fill quickly each season.

How It Works

Connie’s will donate 25% of all sales made during your scheduled Fudge Raiser between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

No coupons. No flyers. No promo codes.

Every purchase made during your event automatically counts toward your fundraiser, making it easy for families, friends, and supporters to participate.

How We Work Together

The most successful Fudge Raisers are true partnerships. Here’s how we’ll work together to make your event a success.

Your Organization

We ask that each participating organization:

• Have at least one representative at Connie’s from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM to greet guests, answer questions, and thank supporters.
• Actively promote your Fudge Raiser leading up to the event.

• Parent newsletters
• Staff newsletters
• Community email blasts
• PTO/PTA communications
• School marquee
• Morning announcements
• Take-home flyers
• Classroom communication apps
• Coach, club, and organization announcements
• Invite teachers, staff, family, and friends to attend

The more your organization promotes the event, the greater the participation—and the more money you’ll raise!

We’ll do our part by:

• Sharing your tagged social media posts
• Promoting your Fudge Raiser on our social media channels
• Featuring your event on our website
• Promoting your event in-store leading up to your Fudge Raiser

Program Guidelines

To give as many organizations as possible the opportunity to participate:

• Schools may host one Connie’s Fudge Raiser every other school year.
• Community organizations may be considered based on availability.
• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to allow time for planning, promotion, and staffing.
• Dates are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Receiving Your Donation

Following your Fudge Raiser, we’ll prepare your donation once we receive:

• A completed W-9 for the organization receiving the funds.
• The legal name of the organization exactly as it should appear on the check.

Checks will be processed after the event once all required documentation has been received.
